TREATMENTS

THAI MASSAGE   €150 - 1 ora    |    €200 - 90 min

Great for those who want intensity!

What is the appropriate clothing to receive traditional Thai Massage?
To receive a massage in the most suitable way, you need to wear comfortable, soft, and natural fabric clothing, such as cotton or wool.

Thai massage is performed on a Futon or Tatami and originates from the ancient art of Traditional Thai Medicine.
It is an intense and dynamic treatment.

It is a massage that is done with clothes on. It goes deep into the muscles through acupressure along the Sen energy lines.
Stretching and extensions are performed through positions that resemble Yoga! It is very useful for the back and other locomotor system disorders!

Thanks to the science of Traditional Thai Medicine, this massage works on all levels: muscular, articular, emotional, and spiritual. It is making a comeback in Thailand itself, where unfortunately it was somewhat forgotten due to wars and colonizations in recent centuries, during which several books and sources were lost.
Recently, UNESCO has recognised its value not only historically but also culturally, including this practice in the Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity.

The Traditional Thai Massage, or as it is called in Thailand, Nuad Phaen Borarn, is a true therapeutic massage in its country of origin. It represents a harmonious union between the acupressure of Traditional Chinese Medicine and the stretches of Yoga!
In recent years, several osteopaths have been discovering Thai Massage for its similarities, combining it with structural osteopathic techniques!

Thai massage is characterized by the execution of various types of manipulations, including pressures, stretches, and extensions,
which are associated with so-called passive yoga techniques.

Similarly to many other types of oriental massages, Thai massage aims to bring benefits to the person as a whole, not only physically but also mentally.

The manipulations, according to tradition, are performed with the intent of stimulating the energy channels called "Sen" that run through the body of each individual. In this way, it should facilitate the restoration of the correct flow of energy in the body, whose alteration or blockage can be (according to the philosophy behind Thai massage) a cause of discomfort and disorders.
The two styles differ in the manipulations performed and the positions of the person receiving the massage.
For example, the popular style Thai massage involves the supine position, the prone position, the right side position,
the left side position, and finally the seated position. The court-style Thai massage (which was practiced in the royal palace), on the other hand, includes the aforementioned positions, except for the prone position which is not included.

Sometimes, Thai massage is also referred to as passive yoga or yoga for lazy people. In fact, this form of massage is characterized by the execution of various manipulations that also include some yoga techniques that the masseur makes the person assume passively. Thai massage is traditionally performed on the floor, on a special mattress to ensure the comfort of the person receiving the massage.
Before starting with the manipulations, a "diagnosis" is carried out based on the needs of the recipient in order to offer a personalized treatment aimed at meeting the individual´s needs. Information is gathered about the person´s health status to determine the possible presence of contraindications to the execution of the massage.

Thai massage does not involve the use of oils or other substances.

According to tradition, at the beginning of the treatment, the operator kneels beside the person receiving the massage and, maintaining the proper concentration, places the right hand on the recipient´s abdomen, who will be in a supine position. This area of the body is considered the central point of the organism and the massage should start from here with slow and light movements that follow the rhythm of the recipient´s breathing. The intensity of the manipulations should gradually increase, without causing excessive pain or unpleasant sensations to the individual. More specifically, Thai massage involves the execution of a series of pressures, extensions, stretches, twists, extensions, kneading, lifting, and the passive execution of yoga techniques that the masseur makes the person assume.

After this initial phase, the intensity of the manipulations should gradually increase, without causing excessive pain or unpleasant sensations to the individual. The manipulations are performed with the hands, fingers, elbows, knees, and even feet.
P.S. Since Thai massage aims to restore energy flows, at the end of the session you should not feel sedated but rather full of energy.

CALIFORNIAN   €150 - 1 ora    |    €200 - 90 Min

Where did the Californian Massage originate?

As the name suggests, it originated in California. It is a technique whose popularity has continued to grow over time without ever declining.
This type of massage fully satisfies the needs of clients seeking deep relaxation, but also, and above all, harmonizing their entire being.

HISTORY
The fundamentals of this technique were established in 1970 during a series of personal growth workshops at the Esalen Institute in Big Sur, California.

FIELDS OF ACTION

The Californian Massage in its physiological component, as a descendant of the well-known Swedish massage, borrows several maneuvers from its Nordic counterpart, including numerous manual maneuvers that contribute to greater tissue oxygenation to relieve deep tension and promote circulation.

Sometimes also called psychosomatic massage or sensitive massage, the Californian massage aims to "connect" the body with the mind, in order to achieve the well-being of the entire organism, hence the individual. According to the philosophy behind this type of treatment, the Californian massage – therefore the contact that inevitably occurs between the masseur and the person being massaged – should be an important sensory experience capable of generating well-being.

The Californian Massage, with its emphasis on empathy and listening to the body, promotes the emergence of body memory, and for this reason, it can be of great help to people who have experienced trauma or who are undergoing psychotherapeutic interventions.

INDICATIONS AND CONTRAINDICATIONS

Although it is not strictly curative, the Californian massage can provide effective pain relief for people with fibromyalgia, arthritis, osteoarthritis, and other conditions that benefit from effective muscle pain relief and the promotion of a positive relationship with the body.

There are no specific contraindications associated with this massage, but the operator must ensure that the massage is tailored to the client´s physical and psychological needs and conditions. As with any other manual intervention, contraindications such as fever, infections, contagious diseases, etc. apply.

HOW IT WORKS

A session of Californian massage begins with a comprehensive health assessment of the recipient. This is followed by the selection of the most suitable aromatic oil for the recipient.
With soft hands and correctly using their body weight and proper breathing, the masseur invites the recipient to let go, release their muscles, and rediscover their senses.

MANEUVERS

The maneuvers are performed directly on the skin with massage oil. The rhythm and depth of the maneuvers are varied.
The Californian massage is characterized by long and enveloping movements. Born in a spirit of respect, it integrates the body and spirit of the individual.

AYURVEDIC MASSAGE   €150 - 1 ora    |    €200 - 90 Min

AYURVEDIC MASSAGE, THE SCIENCE OF LIFE

Ayurvedic Massage can be defined as a true Holistic Treatment, involving not only the body but also the mental and emotional aspects of both the Practitioner and the recipient.

Ayurveda is an ancient practice that originated in India several millennia ago, although the first written sources date back to 400 BC in the Indian sacred texts. The Sanskrit term "Ayurveda" indeed means "science of life" and indicates a lifestyle and a wellness approach that involves specific nutrition associated with meditation, yoga, and specific treatments.
BENEFITS AND PHYSICAL AND SPIRITUAL REBALANCE

Ayurvedic Massage aims to keep the body and mind in perfect balance. Each of us carries within three bio-physical forces called Doshas, but one of them usually prevails, determining what is known as the individual constitution or Prakriti. Based on this, the entire treatment will be structured to infuse well-being and balance but especially energy.

The foundational texts of Ayurvedic medicine – the Sushruta and the Charaka Samhita – identify Therapeutic Massage as part of a lifestyle aimed at strengthening the individual against natural changes such as daily phases, seasonal transitions, and aging.
Before starting the treatment, through acupressure on the marma points (anatomical points where muscles, nerves, blood vessels, bones, ligaments, and joints intersect), the masseur asks fundamental questions to the recipient about their physical conditions: the recipient must inform the masseur of any acute and/or chronic disorders.

The Ayurvedic Abyangam Massage is performed in a warm, calm environment, illuminated by soft light; the masseur may diffuse incense and fragrant essences. Sometimes relaxing music and Indian mantras are used to relax the body and mind.

The Abhyangam Treatment involves the entire body, literally from head to toe. It can be performed on a classic massage table or on the floor (using a Tatami or Futon).

Warm oils chosen by the Practitioner are used, which can be enriched with aromatic essences to harmonize a specific dosha.
In fact, while the massage techniques are standard, the manuality is highly personalized depending on the dosha.
Details:

ABYANGHA MASSAGE FOR VATA: The core of this massage type for the vata constitution is rubbing, which produces heat and brings calm.
ABYANGHA MASSAGE FOR PITTA: The movements for this dosha will be gentle and enveloping, smoothly gliding.
ABYANGHA MASSAGE FOR KAPHA: Kneading is the specific technique for this dosha, gently dissolving contractions and excess fat.
As a true professional, I will be able to establish a real form of non-verbal communication with you and understand over time the type of massage to apply, identifying the problems or points that require deeper treatment.
Despite there being only three doshas, each person, understood in their entirety of mind and body, is a unique blend of emotions, tensions, and needs that the masseur perceives and harmonizes each time.

WHY USE SESAME OIL?
Sesame oil is used as an anti-inflammatory for the prevention and wellness of the skin. Additionally, it has antiviral and antibacterial properties, making it a powerful remedy against pathogens that can attack the skin and cause infections, especially of a fungal nature. The sesame seed is a source of numerous minerals such as iron, phosphorus, magnesium, copper, silicic acid, and especially calcium, along with other trace elements. It contains valuable vitamins, mainly vitamin A, E, and group B (B1, B2, B3). Finally, it contains 8 essential amino acids important for the brain, which seems to be one of the reasons for using sesame oil for head and scalp massage.

TYPES OF AYURVEDIC MASSAGE:

Samvahanam Abhyangam: Traditional Ayurvedic full-body massage
Thandabhyangam: Traditional Ayurvedic back massage
Padabhyangam: Traditional Ayurvedic foot and leg massage
Shiroabhyangam: Traditional Ayurvedic head massage
Phenakam Massage: Traditional Ayurvedic lymphatic drainage massage
Sandhiabhyangam Massage: Traditional Ayurvedic joint massage
Ayurvedic Hot Stone Massage

DECONTRACTING   €150 - 1 ora    |    €200 - 90 Min

DECONTRACTING MASSAGE

The decontracting massage is a type of massage designed to dissolve muscle contractions through manipulation intended and applied for therapeutic purposes. It is widely used in sports for obvious reasons and involves manipulating specific areas depending on the region affected by the contraction. A contraction is an involuntary, persistent, and painful contraction of one or more skeletal muscles that feel rigid with palpable muscle fiber hypertonia. Given this definition of contraction, the objectives of the decontracting massage are clear and understandable: to alleviate the muscle tensions typical of this condition, reduce the pain induced by it, and speed up recovery times.

It is important to note that muscle contractions are not exclusive to competitive athletes but can also affect ordinary individuals who do not practice any sport, as well as those who engage in physical activity but not at a competitive level.
The decontracting massage should be performed by qualified personnel with adequate knowledge of the human body and the manipulations needed to dissolve the contraction and relieve muscle tension. Poorly executed manipulation can, in fact, be ineffective or even worsen the situation, resulting in extended recovery times.

The massage must focus on the area or areas affected by the contraction; the most commonly affected areas are:

Shoulders,
Neck,
Back and lumbar region,
Lower limbs (legs and calves).

Different types of manipulations can be used. Generally, fractioning and stroking maneuvers are performed first, followed by rubbing and kneading maneuvers, pressure-type manipulations, pinching maneuvers, and percussion movements (small taps given to the affected area). The intensity of the manipulations will depend on the type and location of the muscle contraction that needs to be resolved. Therefore, it is crucial to consult adequately trained personnel who can better identify the problem and determine an appropriate massage session to address it. It should be noted that, in most cases, multiple sessions are required to fully resolve the issue.
A correctly performed decontracting massage can reduce the tension and muscle stiffness that typically accompany contractions, reduce the pain perceived by the individual, and improve the muscle mobility of the affected area, thus promoting faster recovery and healing.

The manipulations can also stimulate blood and lymphatic circulation and generate a sense of relaxation and generalized well-being in the recipient at the end of the session. In some cases, however, a slight sensation of soreness may be felt in the treated area, which should resolve quickly. If properly executed, the decontracting massage should not cause any side effects. If poorly executed, it could worsen the contraction, cause new muscle damage, and prolong the healing time.

When creams or massage oils are used to facilitate manipulations, allergic reactions to one or more components of these products cannot be excluded.

Are There Contraindications to Performing a Decontracting Massage?
As with any other massage technique, decontracting massage should not be performed under certain conditions and in the presence of some disorders and diseases. Specifically, decontracting massage is generally not recommended in cases of:

Osteoporosis,
Low blood pressure,
Heart conditions,
Venous thrombosis,
Spinal trauma or injuries,
Damaged, burned skin, etc.,
Skin fragility,
Ongoing anticoagulant drug therapy,
Pregnancy.

Individuals affected by one or more of the above conditions or diseases must consult a doctor before undergoing a decontracting massage or any other form of massage.

TUINA CINESE MASSAGE   €150 - €200    |    1 hour

Energetic, continuous, and deep are the adjectives that distinguish the practice of TuiNa and form the basis of the multiple techniques that the practitioner performs during a treatment, which lasts on average 40-50 minutes.

Indeed, TuiNa, or traditional Chinese massage (literally pushing and grasping, also known as traditional Chinese energetic massage or Chinese micromassage), is performed not only on specific points through acupressure but also along lines and on different areas of the body, with a very extensive range of manual techniques or through slow and gentle movements of the joints, as well as the application of various complementary techniques, such as cupping, moxa, and guasha.

Aiming at the individual´s energetic rebalance, BEFORE putting TuiNa into practice, it is suggested the analysis of the recipient´s situation and their energetic constitution. We can, in fact, tailor the treatment more specifically to the person we are treating only if we know how to read their health status in energetic terms. A TuiNa treatment is much more than a massage: it is the rebalancing of our body´s energies through manual work, a very profound energetic work.

Each treatment is a stimulus to the peculiar energetic condition of the recipient, and it acts with the natural self-regeneration capacity of vitality present in each of us.

The primary purpose of TuiNa is to stimulate the functional rebalance of the organism, strengthen organic defenses, and stimulate the circulation of qi. It is therefore indicated to regulate energy in the meridians or energy channels, improve joint functionality, and relax muscles.

The practice of TuiNa involves about 32 basic maneuvers and yaofa; to build a treatment sequence based on the necessary Chinese energetic evaluation.

HEMOLYMPHATIC MASSAGE   €150 - 1 ora    |    €200 - 90 Min

HEMOLYMPHATIC MASSAGE

The hemolymphatic massage is also known as an aesthetic massage because it effectively addresses imperfections due to a slowed veno-lymphatic microcirculation.

This massage is used to stimulate blood and lymphatic circulation. The techniques are designed to promote the reflux of interstitial fluids of the veno-lymphatic microcirculation and mainly act to prevent or intervene in the normal aging processes and the formation of imperfections due to water retention. The stagnation of interstitial fluids, a consequence of evident circulatory problems, often leads to a decrease in cellular exchanges and therefore a lack of nutrition and oxygen in the tissues, resulting in toxin accumulation, which are the real culprits of imperfections such as:

PEFS (cellulitis)
Unsightly pads in the trochanteric area and the "culotte de cheval"
Visible capillaries and significant venous problems like varicose veins and lymphedema.

Symptoms of a problematic microcirculation
The effects of dysfunctional circulation are many, including heavy legs, limb pain, and abdominal swelling, symptoms that over time can become actual pathologies.

TECHNIQUES OF HEMOLYMPHATIC MASSAGE

These include strokes, pressures, and pumpings aimed at stimulating the return circulation, promoting detoxification. They are performed with a path from proximal to distal concerning the reference lymph node (from the center of the body to the periphery) with different pushes and sequences depending on the body district and the imperfection to be treated. The pressure exerted is light, and the rhythm is slow, with movements reminiscent of sea waves.

The massage consists of the following techniques: light kneading, conveying, but the elective maneuvers are stroking and pumping.
Who is hemolymphatic massage recommended for?

This type of massage aims to reduce fluid retention, re-establish homeostasis, and stimulate the return circulation. If done consistently, it increases tissue oxygenation and restores correct veno-lymphatic reflux. It is indicated for:

Asphyxiated skin (poorly oxygenated)
People undergoing weight loss (for its effectiveness in stimulating and toning tissues)
Due to its delicacy and effectiveness, it is particularly suitable for those suffering from vascular fragility, PEFS (cellulitis), edema, abdominal swelling, colitis, and constipation
It is recommended for pregnant women because it consists of slow maneuvers and feather-light pressures
It is also excellent for circulatory stasis due to trauma (bruises, sprains).

CONTRAINDICATIONS AND WARNINGS

It is better not to perform it during the first three months of pregnancy, in the presence of tumors, and infectious skin and tissue diseases.

INDICATIONS

It is recommended to perform at least two sessions a week, each lasting one hour, even better if wild fennel essential oil is added to the massage oil.

Following the treatment, the skin tissue appears more luminous because it is oxygenated and detoxified, with a noticeable improvement in venous problems and related imperfections.

CUPPING THERAPY   €150 - 1 ora    |    €200 - 90 Min

CUPPING THERAPY

Through a pressure suction, the skin is drawn into the cup, creating a vacuum inside the cup placed on the skin in the desired area. The vacuum can be created by heating and cooling the air inside the cup or by using a mechanical pump.
The cup remains in position for a period ranging from five to fifteen minutes. Some believe it helps in treating pain, deep muscle scar tissue, connective tissue, muscle knots, and swelling.

According to traditional Chinese medicine, cupping is a method to create a vacuum on the patient´s skin to disperse stagnant blood and lymph, thus improving the flow of Qi, and treating respiratory diseases such as the common cold, pneumonia, and bronchitis. Cupping is also used on the back, neck, and other conditions of the musculoskeletal system. Proponents of the technique claim it has additional applications.

Cupping is not recommended on areas with skin ulcers, or on the abdominal or sacral areas of pregnant women.
The application can occur in two main ways:

1. Fire Cupping:

Lighting a match and inserting it inside the cup so that the air inside it, by heating, expands, then cools and contracts when the match goes out, thus creating low pressure with a suction effect. The match remains inside the cup for at least a full second and, after doing this, with a quick movement, the cup is applied to the chosen point. If it takes too long to apply the cup to the skin, the air inside the cup will cool quickly, drawing in more surrounding air and losing the necessary suction effect for it to adhere to the skin. The principle by which the cup adheres to the skin is the aforementioned suction effect.

2. Alcohol Cupping:

Inserting a small cotton ball soaked in ethyl alcohol inside the cup and setting it on fire. The heat generated by the fire will expand the air, creating low pressure. After about a second of lighting the cotton ball, the cup must be applied. The fire inside will extinguish instantly, suffocated by the lack of oxygen rapidly burned in the cup. If it takes too long, the cup will heat excessively, causing damage to the recipient´s skin.

Whichever method is used, the cup must be applied perpendicularly to the skin to prevent surrounding air from entering through one edge of the cup, nullifying the maneuver to create the suction effect.
Once applied, the cup can be:

Fixed: on the chosen area;
Mobile: sliding on the skin over fairly large areas. For this to happen, the skin must be oiled with sesame, coconut, or olive oil. This technique is used for resolving anxiety-depressive syndromes, with the cup applied to the back at the points of the external chain of the dorsal part of the Bladder meridian, where points with psychic action are located.

Once applied, the cup is slid over the points so that stagnant energy residing there can be dispersed. Being a very dispersive technique, the patient may feel considerable fatigue at the end of the treatment. Usually, the cup is slid starting from point BL 42 Pohu and ending at point BL 52 Zhishi.
To perform proper cupping, you need:

- A perfectly shaved skin area in the chosen zone
- To avoid burning the patient
- To avoid excessive suction intensity to prevent uncomfortable bruises. In this regard, if excessive suction occurs, it can be moderated by bringing the index finger close to the edge of the cup in contact with the skin, applying pressure so that a small gap allows air to enter, moderating the low pressure inside the cup. Naturally, the pressure must be very controlled; otherwise, too much air will enter, completely losing the suction effect.

The first technique is the most commonly used, while the moving technique is employed in severe anxiety-depressive syndromes. The cups, in this case, are applied to the points of the external branch of the Bladder meridian, where points with psychic action reside.
The sliding technique is particularly effective in treating cellulite. The suction effect achieved has the power to remove stagnant fluids and toxins, reactivate blood circulation, and restore healthy vital energy to the entire body. Additionally, muscle traction ensures an effective body remodeling action.

THAI SILK   €150 - 1 ora    |    €200- 90 Min

THAI MASSAGE WITH SILK FABRICS

The massage is performed with the aid of a long piece of silk fabric, which allows for a series of stretching and passive stretching movements of the muscles and joints of the neck, ankles, and wrists.

It consists of very gentle – but very effective – exercises, particularly suitable for those who need and desire a gentler decontracting massage.

The Thai massage with fabrics is a relaxing, toning, and anti-stress massage and is useful for anyone looking to relieve body and emotional tensions and soothe mild postural and muscle pains.

The Thai massage with fabrics is normally combined with classic Thai massage and is performed without the use of oils.

HAWAIIAN   €150 - 1 ora    |    €200- 90 Min

LOMI LOMI MASSAGE

The Lomi Lomi massage is a specific type of massage originating from Hawaii.

Lomi Lomi is not simply about achieving physical well-being, but also about achieving harmony and well-being with oneself and the surrounding environment. In a sense, therefore, despite originating from a geographically opposite place, the Lomi Lomi massage is based on a philosophy similar (but not identical) to that underlying various types of Oriental massages.

As mentioned, the Lomi Lomi massage originated in the Hawaiian islands, where it is practiced by expert masseurs and passed down from generation to generation for a long time. In the past, the Lomi Lomi massage was used by Hawaiian shamans, the so-called Ka Huna – literally "the keepers of the secret."

Those who practice it do not consider it simply as a series of manipulations aimed at achieving physical well-being, but rather as a means to achieve balance between body and mind and harmony with the external environment.
More specifically, tradition has it that the Lomi Lomi massage is performed to restore the individual´s vital energy – defined as "mana."

TRADITION

In the past, when the Lomi Lomi massage was practiced by Hawaiian shamans and healers, the manipulation techniques were performed in multiple situations: during healing rites, religious rites, rites of passage, and rites practiced on "chosen" individuals with some influence on the community. These rites could last for several hours and were usually accompanied by shamanic dances and religious chants.

PRELIMINARY INTERVIEW

Before the session begins, the person should have a preliminary interview. During this interview, the masseur will ask the individual questions to understand their physical, mental, and emotional state, then devise a specific treatment for their issues, focusing on certain body parts rather than others. According to Hawaiian tradition, feelings and emotions concentrate in specific body areas: for example, feelings like love and pain concentrate at the heart level; emotions like panic and excitement – although opposite – are localized in the stomach area, and so on.

During the preliminary interview, the individual´s health conditions, the presence of any pathologies that could contraindicate the treatment, the possible intake of medications, and the presence of allergies (in fact, as we will see, the Lomi Lomi massage involves the use of oils and vegetable butters) are discovered.

Generally, the massage begins in the prone position (face down), starting from the nape, then massaging the back, arms, legs, hands, and feet; finally, the individual is made to lie on their back (supine position), and the manipulations are resumed on the anterior side of the body.

The manipulation techniques used in the Lomi Lomi massage can be performed with fingers, hands, elbows, and arms, but also with knees, feet, and even sticks. The same heated stones used before the treatment can also be used during its execution. The movements performed by the masseur are deep and cyclic, aiming to "mimic" the movement of the ocean waves lapping the Hawaiian islands.

MASSAGE WITH SILVER GLOVES   €150 - 1 ora    |    €200 - 90 Min

MASSAGE WITH SILVER GLOVES

This type of massage is performed with the Bioenergomassager BEM FOHERB device.

BEM generates "special transepidermal impulses" that are transmitted to the body through electro-conductive gloves, allowing the rebalancing of suffering cells and providing the necessary energy for their "functional recovery."
It combines the knowledge of traditional oriental medicine on meridians and organs with the modern scientific achievements in the fields of bioinformatics, bioenergy, and neurology.

Thanks to the use of advanced technologies, with the aid of BEM, methods of traditional Chinese medicine such as acupuncture, laser therapy, guasha, TuiNa, moxibustion, thermotherapy, and vacuum therapy can be practiced.

Thanks to the targeted effect on meridians and acupuncture points, the speed and effectiveness of physiotherapeutic treatment increase. The use of this technique allows for the rapid improvement of meridian permeability and blood circulation throughout the body, restoring the balance of internal organ function and energy levels, thus achieving a preventive and health-enhancing effect.
The FOHERB bioenergetic massager is suitable for diseases of the nervous system, cervical and lumbar spine diseases, insomnia, pain in the lower back and hips, and soft tissue damage.

Certainly, here is the translation from Italian to English:

It is a very effective massage. Just one massage session is equivalent to:

45 minutes of lymphatic drainage for detoxification from fluid retention,
the removal of 4.1 grams of toxins from internal organs,
1 hour of purification of the body´s energy channels,
replaces 10 sessions of manual massage,
equivalent to running 10 km,
for fat tissue loss, it is equivalent to running 6 kilometers,
500 repetitions of bench presses,
3 treatments of full-body whitening and hydration.

Powerful Deodorization

The breeding of bacteria will cause the body to have a bad odor, and the silver ions on the surface of the silver fiber can quickly reduce or eliminate the odor by adsorbing the deteriorated protein on it.

Multipurpose Use

Health massage, beauty and body care, anti-cellulite, fatigue elimination, anti-radiation properties, anti-static properties, thermal insulation, etc.

Massage with silver gloves is indicated for hand arthritis, Raynaud´s syndrome, repetitive strain injuries, carpal tunnel syndrome, general hand pain, and poor circulation.

Multifunctional

The electrode gloves can be used in combination with therapeutic devices to treat pain, stiffness discomfort, chronic pain, carpal tunnel syndrome, arthritis, sports injuries, postoperative nerve pain, joint pain, swelling, pain management, and much more.

Massage Function

The electrode massage with silver gloves are highly conductive and can conduct massages to increase blood circulation and thereby reduce swelling.

MAGNETIC THERAPY   €150 - €200    |    1 hour

What is Bioresonance Magnetic Therapy Used For?

Bioresonance utilizes the electromagnetic waves produced by our cells to treat imbalances in the body. It stimulates the body by activating the regulatory forces of the organism, leading it towards self-healing.

What is Bioresonance?

It is a powerful diagnostic and therapeutic non-invasive tool capable of transmitting information through electromagnetic waves (hertz) to restore cellular balance, stimulate tissue regenerative capacity, and enhance the self-healing ability of the entire organism.

Why undergo the Bioresonance Magnetic Therapy ?

The reasons can be quite varied because this type of treatment aims at the total rebalancing of the body´s energy functions. Therefore, it addresses the treatment of acute or chronic pain, as well as functional disorders such as insomnia, chronic fatigue, irritable bowel syndrome, etc.
The causes that can lead to an alteration of the electromagnetic balance in an individual are diverse:

- Natural physiological aging processes
- Emotional and mental stress
- Pollution
- Surgical intervention
- Viruses
- Allergies and food intolerances
- Traumas, fractures, and various physical injuries

Who can undergo and how is the session conducted?

Bioresonance can be performed on people of all ages. It is recommended to undergo a cycle ranging from 3 to 10 sessions, once a week, to be repeated once or twice a year.
Usually, the first session is the longest: it lasts a total of 60 minutes, unlike the subsequent ones, which have a maximum duration of 50 minutes.

Aromatherapy Consultation   150 Euro - 1 ora    |    1 hour

Certamente, ecco la traduzione del testo in inglese:

Aromatherapy [comp. of aroma and therapy]
Aromatherapy is a holistic practice that acts on the physical, mental, and spiritual processes of the body through the use of fragrant essences extracted from medicinal plants, flowers, resin, bark, roots, peel, leaves, and fruits.
Aromatherapy is a branch of phytotherapy belonging to the large group of alternative medicines. Aromatherapy uses essential oils to bring wellness to the entire organism, both physically and emotionally and mentally.
It is important to clarify that aromatherapy is a form of natural medicine that cannot cure any type of pathology, but it could complement traditional medicine as a kind of supportive treatment. In the field of aromatherapy, essential oils are "conveyed" primarily (but not exclusively) through the sense of smell to achieve a beneficial effect that can impact the entire organism. The goal of aromatherapy, in fact, like many other alternative medicines, is not so much to treat a single specific symptom but to provide the individual with a generalized state of well-being that involves both body and mind.
It is not surprising, therefore, that aromatherapy is considered a holistic discipline in its own right. Contrary to what one might think, the term "aromatherapy" does not only refer to the "olfactory" use of essences but also their topical use (skin application), oral use, or inhalation. Therefore, like any other form of treatment - both natural and traditional medicine - aromatherapy is not without risks. The essential oils used in this field can cause various undesirable effects (e.g., allergic reactions and photosensitization, skin irritations, etc.), and their use is certainly not without contraindications (e.g., oral use is generally contraindicated during pregnancy).

WHY DO WE USE ONLY THERAPEUTIC GRADE ESSENTIAL OILS, CERTIFIED GPTG?

Purity is one of the most important characteristics of an essential oil. When an essential oil is adulterated or contaminated, it loses its effectiveness and does not fully meet your needs. Instead of helping, it could cause harm.

Not all essential oil companies choose to adhere to high-quality standards; in fact, many take shortcuts to save time and money. Unfortunately, when rigorous testing is not conducted, it is impossible to guarantee that an essential oil is truly "pure."

It is an innovative technique born from the experience of Dr. David K. Hill, one of the world´s leading experts in the use of Essential Oils in the field of alternative medical therapy. His scientific knowledge, combined with the techniques of reflexology, zonal therapies, acupuncture meridians, and therapeutic touch, has given birth to the AromaTouch Technique, which has become widely adopted in numerous Wellness Centers and even in families across the United States.
The sequence of Essential Oils, which work synergistically, creates a protective aromatic "blanket" that will accompany you long after the "aromatic touch." A light touch along the back, stimulating reflex points and zonal areas, activates the body´s energy forces and physiological processes, restoring vital homeostasis to the organism.
The careful study of Essential Oils, combined with the skillful use of the "aromatic touch," has led to the creation of a systematic and well-codified method that maximizes benefits for regaining balance.
The AromaTouch Technique involves four main stages designed to minimize stress factors for autonomic balance. Each stage includes the application of two essential oils or blends specifically formulated to support emotional and physiological functions that promote well-being.
The technique takes about 40 minutes per application; a set of dōTERRA essential oils is sufficient for several applications:

DOTERRA BALANCE
LAVENDER
MELALEUCA
ON GUARD
AROMATOUCH
DEEP BLUE
WILD ORANGE
PEPPERMINT

A new rebalancing technique through the application of essential oils to complete your professional offering. The most effective way to use essential oils with Certified Pure Therapeutic Grade (CPTG).
A natural technique; stress management, immune support, healthy inflammatory responses are the specific solutions for restoring homeostasis, that is, the natural balance of the body´s health systems.

Candel Massage   150 Euro - 1 ora    |    1 hour

Candle Massage

If you want to pamper yourself after a stressful day or period, want to release all the accumulated muscle tension, and feel relaxed and rejuvenated, then Candle Massage is undoubtedly what you need.

Candle Massage, in fact, is a special type of massage performed using specific candles made of oils and vegetable butters capable of deeply hydrating and nourishing your skin while also deeply relaxing your body and mind.

And that´s precisely what we´ll talk about in this article: you´ll learn more about what Candle Massage is and how it is performed, we´ll talk about the candles used, and we´ll also see together the numerous psycho-physical benefits of this fantastic treatment.

What is Candle Massage?

Candle Massage is an extremely relaxing, decontracting, and engaging massage performed by melting a massage candle on the body, providing the recipient with an extremely deep multisensory experience.

But how is the candle massage performed?

Once the candle has melted, a bit of wax is poured onto the hand or directly onto the body, and the area is massaged with both hands and forearms using gentle movements reminiscent of Hawaiian massage.

The heat of the wax fluidifies the massage movements, dissolving tensions and pains, while providing relief and relaxation. At the same time, the delicate fragrances released by the candle, such as passion fruit, argan oil, or vanilla, envelop the soul and body in a state of deep well-being, stimulating all the senses.

The origins of this practice have very ancient roots: they derive from the ancient Indian medicine of Ayurveda where body, mind, and spirit are in an indissoluble connection, but they also have a deep connection with the Lomi Lomi massage and traditional Chinese medicine and its Hot Stone Massage.

The Massage Candles

The candles used for Candle Massage are not regular candles but 100% vegetable candles. Their melting point is lower than normal candles, about 45°C, just above body temperature.
This allows you to not get burned but to enjoy all the beneficial properties of heat on the body.

The massage candles are made with:

Soy wax
Shea butter
Olive oil
Argan oil

These ingredients have the ability to make the skin elastic, hydrated, and deeply nourished, rejuvenating it and making it firm. Candle Massage is therefore particularly recommended before summer sun exposure.
Even the wick of the massage candles is made of natural cotton, making these candles absolutely safe for health and completely vegetable-based.

The Benefits of Candle Massage

Candle Massage is more than just a massage: it is a multisensory experience capable of providing deep benefits to your body and mind.
Candle Massage acts on multiple levels, combining the effects of chromotherapy, aromatherapy, and music therapy with the beneficial effects of relaxing massage and the heat of the wax.

More specifically, Candle Massage is capable of:

Deeply calming the mind and providing a state of well-being and relaxation
Alleviating states of anxiety and stress
Strengthening and toning muscles
Releasing tensions and muscle contractions
Making the skin more beautiful, soft, hydrated, and elastic
Promoting blood circulation
Providing energy and new vigor.

One of the most recommended cosmetics for combating not only cellulite but also other imperfections is body mud.
Mud therapy has always been excellent for treating numerous and unsightly disorders, which especially affect women:

Orange peel skin.
Water retention.
Presence of edema and toxin accumulation.

Additionally, body mud also has a powerful anti-inflammatory action, useful in cases of joint pain.
BODY MUD

A finely dispersed solid clay material in a liquid component (usually thermal water) and subjected to long maturation processes. Body mud is a natural aesthetic treatment with ancient origins, offering beneficial effects on skin, bones, and joints.
It is also useful in cases of muscle tension and stress, improves blood circulation, detoxifies the body, and provides energy and vitality.
Today, the beneficial properties of body mud are utilized in the cosmetic field for treating skin imperfections such as:

Acne.
Blackheads.
Cellulite.
Stretch marks.
Wrinkles.

Body mud is enriched with essential oils or other phytotherapeutic extracts that promote fluid drainage and facilitate the elimination of toxins.
WHAT IS BODY MUD USED FOR?
Rich in trace elements, body mud is a fine-grained sediment obtained by mixing with an aqueous solution.
The clay component has balancing, remineralizing, and detoxifying properties. Based on the characteristics of the thermal water used, the mud is classified as:

Sulfurous.
Chlorinated.
Sulfuric.
Saline-iodine.
Ferruginous.
Arsenical.

The effects of mud therapy can be local or general. It is useful in cases of joint osteoarthritis, tendinitis, muscle pains and inflammations, and cervical issues.
It produces a high level of activity:

Anti-inflammatory.
Relaxing.
Revitalizing.
Hydrating.
Analgesic.
Firming.
Stimulating.

In cosmetics, body mud is used to stimulate microcirculation, encouraging sweating and thus the elimination of toxins and metabolic waste.
It promotes ionic exchanges, increasing the electrical conductivity of the skin, making it ideal for treating acne, impure skin, and toning the body.
HOW IS MUD APPLIED TO THE BODY?
Before use, the mud must mature and enrich itself with therapeutic properties. It takes about 6 to 12 months to incorporate the chemical and physical benefits of thermal water.
Body mud should be applied to already cleansed, warm, and dry skin. For positive effects on the skin, it should be spread at a temperature between 37 and 45 degrees.
The clay-like substance can be spread on the entire body or the area of interest such as:

Cervical.
Lumbar.
Abdominal.
Upper or lower limbs.

To retain as much heat as possible and activate the curative principles, the body mud adheres to the skin, working in depth.
Defined as the "reaction period," the body will begin to sweat and eliminate toxins and waste substances, also due to water retention.
APPLICATION TIME: 20 MINUTES - 60 MINUTES
After the indicated time, proceed with:

The removal of the muddy substance with warm water jets.
Drying with a warm towel and a toning massage useful for revitalizing the muscles.

The therapeutic and cosmetic benefits obtained from mud wraps result from the combination of the biological properties of thermal waters and the effect of heat on the skin.
Usually, cold muds are enriched with active ingredients based on:

Blueberry.
Ginkgo.
Biloba.
Green tea.
Zedoary.

They promote the release of excess fluids and toxins and stimulate the lymphatic system’s proper functioning. They can be applied either before or after an intense workout session but after a warm shower to prepare the skin and make it more receptive to:

The active ingredients of essential oils.
The cosmetic and therapeutic properties of clay.

Take a warm shower and dry thoroughly before the treatment.
Lie on the treatment bed.
The operator applies the mud to the area of interest (usually thighs, buttocks, and hips) at a temperature that can vary from cold to hot depending on the client´s imperfection.
The mud remains on for about 20-40 minutes, and to prevent heat loss, the body is wrapped in a plastic sheet and sometimes supported by a thermal blanket.
Take a lukewarm shower (between 37° and 40°) to remove the mud that has dried in the meantime.
A draining massage is performed at the end of the anti-cellulite treatment to continue draining excess fluids.

Olive Oil Massage   150 Euro - 1 ora    |    200 Euro - 90 Min

Ayurvedic Massage

Ayurvedic massage helps circulate vital fluids and eliminate waste materials from the body and mind. It acts deeply by purifying the body and rebalancing its energy centers (marma & chakra).

The oils used in Ayurvedic massage are specific to each individual dosha, that is, to each psychophysical type.
Here are the beneficial properties of Ayurvedic massage with oil:

Olive oil: detoxifying, anti-edema, healing, stimulates fat metabolism;
Sesame oil: antioxidant, anti-rheumatic, versatile;
Coconut oil: excellent for the skin, cuts and burns, anti-insomnia;
Castor oil: detoxifying, alkalizing.

Ayurvedic massage is part of the broader Indian science of life, Ayurveda, an ancient system of medicine still in use today and well described in the ancient texts of Caraka and Sushruta Samhita.
It is not just a massage that tones muscles or promotes lymphatic drainage, but a practice capable of transforming compressed energies and allowing both the physical and energetic body to regenerate and regain integrity and spirituality. The Ayurvedic massage is performed on the entire body with warm oil. The oils used are prepared with herbs according to ancient formulations. The type of oil and the type of massage vary based on the constitution and any imbalances of the individual.
The massage consists of a series of different practices capable of giving new vitality even to the most worn-out body and of removing energy blockages.
In the case of a "kapha" psychophysical type, it should be performed using olive oil.

The Ayurvedic massage with extra virgin olive oil offers numerous benefits:

Strengthens the body (circulation/toxins);
Rejuvenates tissues;
Improves sleep (psychic cleansing);
Strengthens the skin;
Increases immune defenses and accelerates wound healing;
Relieves physical and mental fatigue.

FOOT REFLEXOLOGY   150-200    |    60 min

FOOT REFLEXOLOGY

Studies on zonal therapy were resumed by American therapist Eunice Ingham. She published two books titled "Stories the Feet Can Tell" and "Stories Told by the Feet" in which she focused her attention solely on the feet. She managed to create the first foot map with specific correspondences to organs. Then, around the 1960s, her two students Hanne Marquardt and Doreen Bayly spread this practice throughout Europe, particularly in Germany (by Hanne Marquardt) and England (by Doreen Bayly).

Zonal Theory of Dr. William Fitzgerald

His theory (ZONAL THEORY) states that by treating a point with digital pressure, a direct action is exerted on the organ corresponding to that line. The lines are also connected to each other by a flow of energy.

Thus, they can influence each other. He also traced three additional horizontal lines at the level of the feet: one at the base of the toes, another between the short and long bones, and a third at the heel level. The pressure on these points is precisely defined as "zonal massage."

Core Principles of Foot Reflexology

Foot reflexology is based on a primary assumption: the entire human body contains reflex points that, when stimulated, can alleviate tension and pain. The feet have reflex areas on the sole, the edges, and the back, connected to various organs of the body.
As a result, stimulation, if performed at precise points and in a conscious and careful manner, can transmit beneficial impulses to the relevant organs, i.e., those connected by reflex. Therefore, at the heart of this widespread and ancient technique is reflexology, well known in the field of anatomy since time immemorial. The main benefits of foot reflexology are also well known by now.

Effects Related to Foot Reflexology and Precautions

The main effects resulting from the application of foot reflexology are indeed varied. Among them, it is impossible not to mention the ability to promote the elimination of toxins and reduce tension, with consequent relief from back pain, cervical osteoarthritis, joint pain, low back pain and sciatica.

Foot reflexology has also proven to be a valuable aid against migraines, allergies, menstrual problems, digestive issues, and various dysfunctions. Even after the first sessions, one can perceive a sense of well-being and relaxation. Obviously, it should not be considered a cure in the strict sense: foot reflexology is an effective aid in mild discomfort conditions.
Conversely, in the presence of certified and/or chronic pathologies, it should not be understood as a substitute for pharmacological treatment under medical indication. Additionally, in individuals with insulin-dependent diabetes, osteoporosis, and in pregnant women, it is preferable to avoid this treatment.
